As Vice President of Product Marketing, you'll lead the global Product Marketing function and shape the story, strategy, and go-to-market execution that define Gong's leadership in Revenue AI. You'll partner closely with Product and the broader GTM organization to drive clarity, excitement, and growth around Gong's platform and solutions. This role is both strategic and hands-on, setting the vision for how Gong shows up in the market, while ensuring our teams are equipped to win. This role reports directly to the Chief Marketing Officer. This is a rare opportunity to lead at a company defining a new category and rewriting the rules of go-to-market success. You'll have the platform, people, and purpose to make a lasting mark - on our market, our customers, and our brand. You MUST be located in one of our hub locations (San Francisco, Salt Lake City, Austin, New York City Metro, Chicago) due to our hybrid work model. RESPONSIBILITIES
The annual salary hiring range for this position is $280,000 - $300,000 USD. Compensation is based on factors unique to each candidate, including, but not limited to, job-related skills, qualification, education, experience, and location. At Gong, we have a location-based compensation structure, which means there may be a different range for candidates in other locations. The total compensation package for this position, in addition to base compensation, may include incentive compensation, bonus, equity, and benefits. Some of our sales compensation programs also offer the potential to achieve above targeted earnings for those who exceed their sales targets. We are always looking for outstanding Gongsters!
