As a Senior Director, Direct-to-Patient (DTP) Marketing Lead, at Gilead you will champion the launch of our next groundbreaking HIV therapy-a novel combination of bictegravir and lenacapavir. In this leadership role, you'll report directly to the Executive Director of Treatment Marketing and play a central part in shaping and executing innovative marketing strategies to bring this transformative new treatment for people living with HIV. The salary range for this position is: $261,375.00 - $338,250.00. Gilead considers a variety of factors when determining base compensation, including experience, qualifications, and geographic location. These considerations mean actual compensation will vary. This position may also be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, discretionary stock-based long-term incentives (eligibility may vary based on role), paid time off, and a benefits package.
