What You'll Do: The Director of Solutions Marketing will lead the strategy and execution for how CoreWeave positions its cloud solutions across partners, industries, and customers. This highly visible role sits at the intersection of product marketing, partner alliances, industry strategy, and customer advocacy, driving the narratives that demonstrate CoreWeave's value in powering the world's most advanced AI applications. About The Role: You will define how CoreWeave connects innovation to outcomes-translating complex technology into compelling, customer-ready stories. You'll oversee partner marketing programs with leading hardware, software, and AI ecosystem partners, develop industry-specific go-to-market strategies, and elevate customer proof that showcases measurable success. This role requires a leader who is both strategic and hands-on-comfortable shaping GTM frameworks while diving deep into messaging, enablement, and customer storytelling. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).
