Director, Marketing for SafeSend and SurePrep
About the Thomson Reuters Marketing Team Thomson Reuters' Marketing Team is dedicated to developing and implementing innovative and effective integrated marketing campaigns across a range of industry-leading products, focused on delivering value for our tax and accounting professionals. This role is responsible for setting the strategic approach, planning and prioritization for Thomson Reuters tax and accounting products, specifically SafeSend and SurePrep, delivering on unique customer needs to ultimately drive sales, revenue, and growth. This high-impact leadership role requires a strategic builder who can own the entire growth engine, from identifying high-potential markets and channels to designing and executing multi-channel campaigns, digital activities, events, and integrated marketing programs. This role will have full end-to-end responsibilities for delivering the marketing plans, strategy and targets associated with SafeSend and SurePrep, leading a team of cross-functional marketers, and working collaboratively across Sales, Product, Finance, Comms, Customer Success, and others. This role requires strong growth and performance marketing skillset, digital acumen, innovative and integrated campaign planning abilities, cross-functional leadership skills, and a self-starter mindset. Thomson Reuters complies with local laws that require upfront disclosure of the expected pay range for a position. The base compensation range varies across locations.For any eligible US locations, unless otherwise noted, the base compensation range for this role is $135,800 - $252,200.This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance.Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity.
