About the Role Headway is on a mission to make mental healthcare more accessible, and we're seeking a senior marketing leader to help shape and amplify our brand and product story. As the Head of Product and Brand Marketing, you will lead go-to-market initiatives across three core audiences: Providers (SMBs), Patients (Consumers), and Payers (Enterprises). You'll be responsible for Product Marketing, Brand Marketing and Corporate Communications. Reporting directly to the VP of Product, you'll be a key partner in crafting and executing seamless, impactful customer experiences. You'll be responsible for launching new products, evolving the Headway brand, building a high-performing team, and translating complex value propositions into compelling marketing strategies that resonate across a diverse customer base. As one of a small number of senior leaders, you'll play a leadership role in a rapidly scaling organization, collaborating with leaders across Product, Performance Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Customer Support, and Operations, and help shape the broader strategy of a rapidly scaling organization. What You'll Do... Build & lead a top-performing team of Product Marketers, Brand Strategists, and Comms professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and accountability. Define and own the overarching product marketing strategy to ensure alignment with company goals, product roadmaps, and market opportunities. Craft and evolve compelling messaging and positioning that clearly communicates Headway's unique value to each of our target audiences. Own product launches end-to-end, introducing new capabilities to our customers and reinforcing key value propositions Establish and track KPIs, continuously analyzing performance and optimizing strategies to improve brand reach, customer engagement, and business impact. Shape and activate the Headway brand, building trust and recognition in the market. You'll Be a Great Fit If You... Have 12+ years of experience in integrated marketing, with a strong focus on brand and product marketing, including 7+ years leading high-performing teams. Have a track record of successfully leading both 0→1 GTM strategies and scaled product launches across multiple customer segments. Are a strategic leader and hands-on operator, equally comfortable setting vision and executing. Thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and bring a growth mindset to solving complex challenges. Possess strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with proven experience influencing stakeholders across product, marketing, sales, and operations. Are data-driven and results-oriented, with experience developing KPIs, dashboards, and frameworks that connect marketing efforts to business outcomes. Are deeply curious and customer-obsessed, constantly seeking to understand user needs and deliver meaningful value. The expected base pay range for this position is $280,500 - $330,000, based on a variety of factors including qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for performance-based variable compensation and an equity grant, depending on the position and level.
