The Opportunity
As our VP of Marketing, you won't be inheriting a large team or managing a fixed budget; you will be the primary architect of our AI-first marketing engine, building it from the ground up. This is an opportunity to build the future of marketing at Pearl, acting as a key thought partner to executive leadership as you design the systems that create trust, clarity, and demand at scale. We are looking for a true systems-level thinker and operator, who wants to build the marketing machine, not just maintain it.
