We're looking for a Head of Marketing Operations who's obsessed with data, systems, and precision execution. This isn't a "make it pop" creative role; it's about building the machine that makes marketing run smarter, faster, and more profitably.

(formerly Delta Munchies) and Imperial Extraction, you'll lead the full marketing team, own all paid and organic media, and design the systems, workflows, and reporting frameworks that keep the business scaling efficiently.
