Top Reasons to Work at Bimbo Bakeries USA: Salary Range: $176,300-$246,800 Annual Bonus Eligibility Comprehensive Benefits Package Paid Time Off 401k & Company Match Position Summary: The Senior Director of Marketing, Chief of Staff plays a critical role in supporting the CMO's vision for the BBU marketing organization. This individual, in coordination with senior cross-functional leaders, will develop a long-term strategic planning process and implement key initiatives related to annual and long-term planning, marketing capabilities and portfolio activities as well as budget oversight for the entire marketing organization. Incumbent will ensure the timely and accurate completion of multiple projects/strategic initiatives occurring simultaneously. Strengths in brand strategy and execution, creative problem-solving and strategic collaboration are key as is the ability to leverage fiscal resources, personnel talents and technology to implement solutions.
