Recommend a modernised creative studio operating model covering all creative output for the region including trailers, key art, promos, social, partnerships and brand assets. Propose an organisational structure that supports social, partnerships, brand, local originals and global creative needs. Define clear workflows for intake, ideation, production, reviews and creative delivery across all markets and globally Build confidence with Content teams and external production partners by demonstrating the creative studio's ability to deliver best-in-class work across all local original productions. Cultivate a collaborative culture that connects the studio with global creative leadership. Embed global creative standards into regional execution. Define a scalable local-regional-global workflow for adapting assets locally while maintaining global brand integrity. Implement a stronger briefing framework and end-to-end strategic process that ensures creative teams deliver sharper, insight-led campaign direction. Establish quality standards that elevate craft, polish, tone and brand consistency across all creative assets. Apply these standards in real time on active campaigns and assets already in development. Embed practices that strengthen a culture of creative excellence, constructive feedback and continuous improvement. Ensure all creative output consistently reflects premium HBO-level craft and storytelling. Recommend an up-skilling plan to lift in-house capabilities and modernise the team's creative craft. Recommend tools and technology upgrades (DAM, collaboration, production tracking, version control). Outline a plan to recruit a permanent VP Creative Studio and define their remit and kpis. Recommend a vendor strategy with criteria for when to outsource vs produce in-house. Ensure creative studio priorities align with broader marketing and business goals. How We Get Things Done... Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $214,360.00 - $398,096.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
