The Opportunity The Senior Vice President, Global Product Marketing will define and lead Okta's global go-to-market strategy-shaping positioning, messaging, pricing and monetization, and launch strategy to differentiate Okta in a rapidly evolving market. This executive will set the vision for how we communicate the value of our products and inspire cross-functional teams to execute with excellence. Operating at the intersection of Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing, this leader pairs deep technical understanding with exceptional storytelling ability. They will translate complex identity and infrastructure concepts into clear, compelling, and differentiated narratives that resonate with customers, analysts, and the broader market. Your actual base salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location. In addition, Okta offers equity (where applicable), bonus, and benefits, including health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), flexible spending account, and paid leave (including PTO and parental leave) in accordance with our applicable plans and policies.
