GENERAL FUNCTION The Director of Marketing, Demand and Development is a data driven marketing leader that turns insights into action and measurable growth. In this role you will own paid media strategy and performance analytics across North America and driving online eye exam booking growth and retail sales results. Leads the process of marketing research by defining customer understanding gaps and setting objectives and leads key marketing research initiatives. Turns insights into business driving actions. Pay Range: 165,052.80 - 243,145.60 This posting is for an existing vacancy within our business. Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements.
