Head of Marketing Operations
What You Can Expect The Head of Marketing Operations is responsible for designing, scaling, and optimizing the end-to-end marketing operations ecosystem to enable predictable pipeline creation and revenue growth. This role owns marketing systems, funnel operations, campaign execution, analytics, and cross-functional alignment, while building scalable global teams and ensuring consistent execution across all go-to-market motions. About the Team The Zoom Marketing Operations team enables scalable, data-driven go-to-market execution by aligning strategy, technology, and insights across the customer lifecycle. The team partners closely with Sales, Product, Finance, and Customer Success to drive operational excellence, predictable pipeline, and continuous improvement across global marketing programs. What We're Looking For
Salary Range or On Target Earnings: Minimum: $184,300.00 Maximum: $403,200.00 In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value. Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
