Your Role As the Director of Product Marketing, you are a strategic, battle-tested leader who shapes how Vectra AI tells the modern network, modern attack story. You partner directly with senior leadership to set the strategic direction for our platform's Clarity, Coverage, and Control pillars-and you convert complex technology, attacker tradecraft, and buyer needs into crisp narratives, differentiated positioning, and high-impact go-to-market strategies. You will lead a high-performing team across multiple PMM functions and guide them through ambiguity. You'll operate at the intersection of product, sales, marketing, research, and executive leadership to ensure every message, launch, and program advances our mission to deliver the most accurate attack signal at speed and scale. Our competitive total rewards package includes cash compensation within the range provided below. Actual pay for this position may vary based on the hired candidate's location, experience and relevant incumbent pay position. Vectra Total Rewards $158,000-$265,600 USD Vectra provides a comprehensive total rewards package that supports the financial, physical, mental and overall health of our employees and their families. Compensation includes competitive base pay, incentive plan eligibility, and participation in the employee equity plan (stock options).
