About the job This team is responsible for setting go-to-market strategy, shaping priorities and resources to accelerate business growth, and launching the next generation of Ads products, from representing the customer to advocating for product requirements to ensuring teams are equipped to drive customer growth, product adoption, and business growth. This team plays an important role in building excellent go-to-market infrastructure from tooling to enhancing Global Business Organization (GBO) business skills to ensuring execution and operations against business outcomes and priorities. As Head of Google Marketing Platforms and Commercials for Americas Large Customer Sales Product Go-to-Market, you will work with stakeholders including Global Product Solutions and Sales to shape the business activation of Google Marketing Platform (GMP) products. You will coach a team to develop the strategy and own execution of go-to-market plans that drive adoption and business growth of these solutions across Americas Large Customer Sales (ALCS). You will use the problem-solving skills to understand the opportunities and issues to overcome, collaborate and inspire cross-functional partners in Sales, Product and Marketing to achieve goals, and ensure your team has the necessary guidance and support to deliver impact and grow as individuals. The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done. For US applicants: The US base salary range for this full-time position is $227,000-$320,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
