Job Summary: Acrisure is seeking a Director, NAR Performance Marketing for our North America Retail (NAR) business unit to lead the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of all NAR paid and organic acquisition channels to drive revenue, customer acquisition, cross-sells, up-sells and improve ROI. This role oversees strategy, execution, team management, cross-functional coordination and budget allocation across digital performance channels for NAR. Responsibilities:

Pay Details: The base compensation range for this position is $256,811 - $347,450. This range reflects Acrisure's good faith estimate at the time of this posting. Placement within the range will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity. Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.
