We're looking for a VP, Growth & Retention to help lead this next chapter. This is a highly visible, high-impact leadership role for a growth operator who thrives in founder-led environments, loves getting into the data, and knows how to turn insight into execution. You'll own acquisition, lifecycle, retention, and membership performance - working closely with the Founder and executive team to scale the business with rigor, creativity, and speed. If you're excited by ownership, accountability, and building the next phase of a category-defining brand, this role is for you. What You Have
The base salary range for this full-time position is $190,000 -$225,000. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
