About the role Whop is building institution-grade financial infrastructure to power the next generation of digital entrepreneurship. We're looking for a Head of Marketing to join our team to build the team, execute against our strategy, and position Whop as the Nike of entrepreneurship. You'll be overseeing our existing functions: Whop Media, SEO, Comms, and Whop Partner Program. The functions you'll hire for are: Creative Director, Enterprise marketing, and Developer experience. This role will report to the CGO. Scope: Take over existing functions: Whop Media, SEO, Comms, and Whop Partner Program Hire & launch new functions: Creative Director, Enterprise marketing, and Developer experience Own all data within marketing Report progress against strategy to leadership What we're looking for Cracked Experienced marketing operator (4+ years experience B2B or consumer) Experience hiring world class talent Extremely organized Can hold the bar relative to the worlds greatest marketing companies Psycho when it comes to execution and getting sht done Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) High attention to detail; cares deeply about correctness Low-ego, non-performative, and process-driven Want to take over the world and are not satisfied with anything other than being the best A scrappy, experiment-driven mindset: no task too small, no idea too big Your first 90 days will look like the following:* Within 30 days, you will take over managing the existing team, begin executing against initiatives, and begin hiring. Within 60 days, the top prioritized roles have started being filled. Within 90 days, you've hired for all new roles listed above and are 100% ramped up managing day to day team ops + execution.
