OVERVIEW: We are currently seeking a highly talented and accomplished Marketing Director to lead the overall marketing, communication and company strategy cycle for our organization. The Marketing Director will be responsible for providing vision, leadership, and execution of the Pratt Miller Marketing Plan, internal and external communications, creative materials, and execution of the Pratt Miller strategy cycle. The Director will lead the building and maintenance of the Pratt Miller brand and Business Unit identities through cross-functional marketing initiatives and work closely with our Executive Leadership team to drive the desired results. Pay Range: $136,800.00 - $253,200.00 The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
