The Director of Product & Innovation Marketing is responsible for ensuring Dandy remains the category leader in lab innovation. This leader will anticipate market trends, shape our product portfolio strategy, and ensure that our brand is synonymous with breakthrough innovation and differentiated value. This role elevates the commercial impact of Dandy's current products while steering the successful development and launch of new innovations-from early discovery and concept validation through market positioning, launch, adoption, and lifecycle optimization. You will partner closely with R&D, Product, Supply Chain, Marketing, Sales, and Executive leadership to bring category-defining products to market and ensure they deliver measurable impact to dental practices.
