Job Details Openly is looking for a Vice President, Sales & Marketing to lead its go to market organization. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this highly visible senior role will be responsible for leading Openly's current business development and marketing teams that are tasked with driving exponential growth through its partnerships with independent insurance agencies. This role will be responsible for optimizing Openly's "land & expand" growth strategy. This includes enhancing Openly's brand awareness with independent agents, increasing Openly's agency footprint and driving additional activity through each of Openly's appointed agency partners. This role will also be responsible for the continued growth and expansion of tooling and data utilization in the team's operating model that ultimately leads to internal efficiency gains. Compensation & Benefits: Below is the budgeted salary range for this position. Actual compensation for this position will be determined based on the successful candidate's experience and skills. We are committed to providing a compensation package that not only reflects the responsibilities and requirements of the role, but also the unique expertise that the chosen candidate will bring to our team. Budgeted Salary Range $260,000-$318,500 USD The full salary range shows the min to max salary range for this position. Actual compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications and determined based on various factors including the candidate's qualifications, skills, and experience. Full Salary Range $260,000-$418,750 USD Benefits & Perks
Depending on position, Employees generally are eligible for cash incentive compensation, including commissions for sales eligible roles.
