The Role Frank & Eileen is looking for a Head of Digital Growth Marketing to build, optimize, and scale our digital growth engine. This is a senior, hands-on role for a performance-driven marketer who thrives at the intersection of data, customer insight, and brand-and who knows how to drive profitable growth without compromising values. As Head of Digital Growth Marketing, you will own full-funnel digital performance across acquisition, retention, and lifecycle marketing which will drive revenue, efficiency, and customer lifetime value across U.S. and international markets. The Head of Digital Growth Marketing will set strategy, lead execution, and hold channels accountable to results while partnering cross-functionally to ensure a cohesive, premium customer experience.
