This role oversees daily lead generation activity, ensures consistent execution across email, social media, and phone outreach, and optimizes processes for efficiency and results. This leader provides coaching, sets performance metrics, and collaborates with sales and marketing leaders to align campaigns with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have experience or exposure to the following: Enterprise Technology (SaaS, PaaS); Public Sector (SLED) and Citizen Experience; Financial and Mortgage Services; and or Business Process Outsourcing Solutions (BPaaS, AP, HR).
