The Role We're seeking a founding Head of Marketing to join our team in New York City or San Francisco. You'll own Highlight's marketing strategy, positioning, customer narrative, and brand. You'll work closely with our founders and Product team to find the right customer-market fit for our next version of Highlight. You'll lead the marketing function, build and operate our marketing channels, and eventually scale the org to drive growth. This is a strategic and senior role for someone who thrives defining marketing from zero to one: shipping high-quality customer touchpoints, operationalizing continuous customer conversations, and experimenting relentlessly to find the asymmetric growth lever unique to Highlight. Profile We're looking for a strategic PMM/PLG leader who can set the right foundations and build the GTM functions we need, based on their experience working at companies with world-class marketing. You're a natural storyteller who crafts narratives that move people to action, and you're rigorous about understanding causality through data. What You Bring:
