Position Overview The Associate Vice President - International Marketing will serve as a senior leader responsible for driving Lilly's international Disease Awareness Campaigns and International localization of the Masterbrand Campaigns. This role reports to the Senior Vice President and CMO-Consumer and leads all aspects of teams creating integrated OUS campaign development for disease awareness campaigns , media planning, and buying for the international business unit and the localization of existing and future above Brand Lilly Campaigns. The AVP will work with influence across International leadership teams, partner with cross-functional global teams, and lead partnerships with individual affiliates to deliver breakthrough consumer engagement strategies and culturally relevant campaigns OUS. The anticipated wage for this position is $232,500 - $341,000 Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
