About the Role We're seeking a strategic and very hands-on VP of Marketing, reporting directly to the CEO, to build and lead our marketing function across three critical areas: our in-house Digital Agency, corporate marketing, and creative services. This is a foundational leadership role perfect for someone who thrives in early-stage environments and wants to shape marketing from the ground up in the healthtech space. What You'll Own Digital Agency You'll run our internal digital agency serving pharmaceutical clients and related product portfolios. This means inspiring and leading the delivery of integrated, cutting-edge digital marketing campaigns that promote our comprehensive platform and powerful prescribing tools to HCPs. You'll oversee programmatic advertising, email/SMS campaigns, and content generation while staying at the forefront of AI-enabled marketing efficiencies. You'll partner closely with Sales and Customer Success to ensure alignment of expectations and consistent delivery against SLAs, manage client onboarding processes, and collaborate with pharmaceutical MLR (Medical, Legal, Regulatory) teams to de-risk marketing content. As a trusted advisor to clients, you'll translate their objectives into actionable marketing programs while maintaining relentless focus on ROAS. Collaborate with internal Sales, Product, and Data Analytics teams to continually evolve digital marketing strategies spanning the full funnel from awareness-building to HCP identifiability and conversion. Corporate Marketing Build our brand and awareness in the marketplace through strategic conference participation, educational webinars, social media engagement, and coordination of a PR contractor. You'll drive high-quality MQL generation that converts into partnership opportunities and sales conversations. Creative Services Build and manage the creative function that powers both client work and corporate initiatives-from digital assets and presentation materials to campaign creative and content development that resonates with HCP audiences. This isn't a role where you'll inherit established teams and playbooks. You'll be building the marketing function at a critical inflection point for our company. You'll have autonomy, direct access to leadership, and the opportunity to make decisions that materially impact our trajectory. Compensation: Salary ranges from $225 to $250k based on experience and location. There is a 20% bonus, and equity.
