Who You Are Justworks is looking for a Director of Partner Marketing to build and scale a function that transforms our partner ecosystem into a strategic growth engine. This leader will define how Justworks engages, enables, and grows its network of channel, integration and alliance partners-driving awareness, acquisition, and trust through co-marketing programs and data-driven partner engagement. You'll establish the vision, frameworks, and programs that empower our partners to drive measurable business impact and ensure partnerships become a consistent and integrated pillar of our end-to-end Go-To-Market motion, driving acquisition and monetization for Justworks and seamless marketing, shopping and user experiences for our customers. This role will establish the systems, structure, and strategy that transform partnerships into a scalable and repeatable growth engine-driving awareness, acquisition, and measurable business impact through trusted external relationships. The base wage range for this position based in our New York City Office is targeted at $235,000.00 - $282,000.00 per year. #LI-Hybrid #LI-SP1 Actual compensation is based on multiple factors that are unique to each candidate, including and not limited to skill set, level of relevant experience, and specific work location. Salary ranges for positions based in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location.
