Join us, as we reshape the future. Job Summary: The Regional Marketing Director has significant clinical and skin cancer customer knowledge. They can read and interpret omnichannel customer level data and have experience using it with cross-functional partners in planning customer engagement strategies. They will coach and help develop actionable customer engagement plans with their local field team partners. The Regional Marketing Director will partner with National and Regional Skin Cancer Oncology Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to build a trusted relationship between themselves and Replimune. The Regional Marketing Director will work closely with the internal cross-functional field professionals, including, but not limited to Regional Business Directors (RBD), Strategic Account Managers (SAM), Oncology Nurse Educators (ONE), Interventional Radiology Coordinators (IRC), Medical Science Liaisons (MSL) and Key Account Directors (KAD) in addition to home office-based colleagues in Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Market Access. They possess the ability to engage with health care professionals to gather market insights, build educational programs and support the execution of branded and disease-state strategies at the regional level. For this role, the anticipated base pay range is $198,000.00 - $256,500.00. The exact base pay offered for this role will depend on various factors, including but not limited to the candidate's unique set of qualifications, skills, and experience. Our current organizational needs also play a part in determining your final offer. At Replimune, base pay is only one part of your total compensation package. The selected candidate will be eligible for an annual performance incentive bonus, new hire equity, and ongoing equity grants subject to Board approval.
