Internal Application Deadline: January 28, 2026 Purpose of the role We are seeking an accomplished, results-driven Vice President of Marketing & Communications to define and lead our global marketing and communications strategy. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will be a key member of the leadership team, shaping business decisions through market insight, strategic leadership, and constructive challenge. You will lead and develop a high-performing team across marketing, communications, and events, with clear accountability for performance and outcomes. Working in close partnership with Commercial, Product, and other senior leaders, you will deliver a unified, data-led approach that strengthens brand reputation, accelerates market share growth, and drives measurable revenue impact. Requirements Over 10 years of progressive senior marketing leadership experience in the B2B space, including leading multi-regional teams within a global, matrixed organisation with a deep understanding of regional and local market execution. Demonstrated success influencing at C-suite or executive leadership level, driving strategic alignment and contributing to enterprise decision-making. Proven track record of building and executing marketing strategies that directly support commercial growth, brand elevation, and market expansion. Experience leading large-scale transformation or repositioning initiatives, ideally across multiple geographies and stakeholder groups. Deep knowledge of growth marketing, brand leadership, and data-driven performance optimisation at scale. Exceptional leadership and team development capabilities, with evidence of building high-performing, commercially oriented teams with a particular emphasis on building trust, advocacy, empowerment and fostering collaboration Strong internal and external stakeholder management skills, with experience partnering with product, sales, finance, technology and external agencies to deliver business-wide outcomes. Outstanding communication and influencing ability, including executive-level presentation and media engagement. Future-focused strategic thinker, with a track record of leveraging emerging technologies and evolving marketing models to drive competitive differentiation. Experience managing significant budgets and optimising marketing ROI at enterprise level. Evidence of accountability for measurable commercial impact (e.g. supporting revenue growth, client retention, market share gains). Knowledge of the market research industry a plus. The base salary range for this role is $185,000 to $220,000 based on experience and qualifications.
