About the Role: We're looking for a strategic, results-oriented Director of Demand Generation to build and own Assort's demand engine from the ground up. This is a 0 → 1 leadership role: you'll define the strategy, build the systems, run the programs, and ultimately scale the function as the company grows. You'll translate Assort's mission and product differentiation into a repeatable, data-driven growth engine that reaches healthcare leaders who are actively searching for a better way to serve patients. In close partnership with Sales and Marketing leadership, you'll design and run multi-channel, account-based programs that engage key decision-makers, nurture demand, and convert interest into qualified opportunities. This is a builder role for a data-driven marketer who thrives in high-growth, ambiguous environments, brings both creativity and analytical rigor to their work, and is motivated by delivering measurable impact on pipeline and revenue.
