As Marqeta's
Director of Demand Generation, you will run our global demand generation function and help us level up how we attract, engage, and convert enterprise and embedded finance prospects. This role reports to the CMO and leads a team of six demand generation, events, and digital experts.
Partnering closely with sales, marketing, and operations, you'll architect the strategy and execution model that influences high-quality pipeline. You'll bring a strong command of paid media, conversion rate optimization, and an instinct for optimizing the customer journey. The ideal candidate blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution experience, excels in fast-paced environments, and has a proven track record building high-performing global demand engines.
