General Summary: The Associate Director of Patient Marketing will lead the strategic execution for the AMKD Patient marketing team within The US Kidney marketing team, which is preparing for potential commercialization of an investigational therapeutic being studied for the treatment of APOl1-mediated kidney disease (AMKD). This role will be pivotal in shaping and delivering impactful patient engagement strategies that support launch readiness, and driving awareness to Vertex's innovative treatment. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in launch planning, patient marketing, and cross-functional collaboration, with a passion for improving outcomes in the kidney disease space. This role reports to the Director of AMKD Patient Marketing within the US Kidney Business Unit and is based in Boston, MA. Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Pay Range: $162,800 - $244,200 Disclosure Statement: The range provided is based on what we believe is a reasonable estimate for the base salary pay range for this job at the time of posting. This role is eligible for an annual bonus and annual equity awards. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay, in accordance with federal and state requirements. Actual base salary pay will be based on a number of factors, including skills, competencies, experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
