Description
Reporting to the Senior Director of Digital Marketing, this role will establish a best-in-class digital marketing capability, focused on operational excellence with a strategic vision and roadmap. This role will focus on Kiniksa's first commercial product, ARCALYST® (rilonacept), as well as corporate with a disproportionate focus on ARCALYST®. This role will enable high-impact corporate, product, and disease communications across all digital and social channels in partnership with all functions and serve as the critical bridge between the commercial teams and our IT business partners. The successful candidate will have a desire and passion to play an integral part in building a generational company focused on positively impacting patients with high unmet needs. The successful candidate will possess a 'roll up your sleeves, get things done' mindset and recognize the opportunity for growth within a young and growing company, coming in laser-focused on in-role execution to capitalize on that opportunity. Our office-based employees work on an onsite schedule of four days onsite (Monday - Thursday) and one day remote in Lexington, MA. While we prioritize in-person teamwork, remote options will be considered for highly qualified individuals who can maintain strong engagement and collaboration in a virtual environment. Responsibilities (including, but not limited to): Platform Management (Business owner for marketing technology - Acquia Drupal, SFMC email, Veeva PromoMats) Lead development and execution of key digital/omnichannel initiatives and capabilities, including the transformation required to accelerate customer engagement Ensure platforms are set up aligned to business use cases, optimized for ongoing operations, and can scale for future growth Marketing Data & Analytics Maintain on going digital marketing reporting dashboards and set up analytics required to drive personalization across channels. Ensure KPIs are aligned with digital campaign objectives Manage ongoing optimization of paid marketing campaigns, working closely the HCP and patient brand marketers Digital Operations Lead campaign operations, providing support for the build and business rules development prior to deployment, ensure tagging and tracking are in place for reporting, and testing all creative / campaign rules prior to launch. Maintain ongoing documentation for tactical development, including digital operations best practices, and platform operations. Qualifications and Experience: Requires a BS degree (MBA or advanced degree is preferred) with 10+ years of experience in a digital marketing or operations role. Experience in life sciences or healthcare industry preferred. Omnichannel experience, inclusive of personalized journeys across web and email, preferred Marketing analytics and reporting experience Ambition to learn more about rare disease marketing Strong organizational and project management skills Demonstrated ability to independently drive projects to completion Intense curiosity, collaborative spirit, empathy, and a passion for problem solving Solution-oriented, strong analytical and presentation skills The ability to champion change and drive innovative thinking Excellent organizational skills, sufficient to multitask in an extremely fast-paced environment with changing priorities Recognized by former peers, colleagues, managers, and direct reports for attributes congruent with Kiniksa values: Relentless. Compensation decisions are based on objective criteria including role responsibilities, experience/qualifications, internal equity, geographic location, and external market benchmarks.
