JOB SUMMARY: The Director, Downstream Marketing is responsible for translating portfolio and brand strategy into compelling, commercially effective marketing execution. This role owns how the brand shows up in the market and how marketing drives adoption, preference, and growth. This leader will build, shape, and elevate a downstream marketing organization, strengthening fundamentals while modernizing capabilities. The role requires a hands-on people leader who can assess the current team, clarify roles and expectations, raise creative and execution standards, and deliver near-term results while building a stronger foundation for the future. The Director partners closely with Sales, Product Management, and Professional Education, and works extensively with external agencies to deliver differentiated, high-impact marketing in a fast-moving, competitive environment. The marketing leader must have a proven track record of developing high-performing team and successful product launches. The leader will work with executives, global stakeholders, and cross functional teams. Strong competencies in analytics, customer centric, and a data-driven approach to determining root cause and counter measures.
