Who We Need As our Head of Demand Generation on the Marketing team, you will own one of Rillet's most critical growth engines: pipeline. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role for a builder who wants to design the demand function from first principles and scale it into a world-class system. You will architect and operate the end-to-end demand motion across self-serve, mid-market, and enterprise, translating Rillet's product strength and category narrative into predictable revenue. You will work in tight partnership with Sales, RevOps, Product Marketing, and Partnerships, and will directly influence how efficiently the company grows. This role is ideal for someone who blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and who is energized by building durable systems, running experiments, and holding a high bar for performance. We're looking for teammates who value in-person collaboration and are within commutable distance of our San Francisco (preferred) or NYC offices (or willing to relocate). Team members are required to work in-office Tuesdays and Thursdays, plus one additional flexible in-office day. Certain roles may require additional in-office time based on function. What You'll Do
