The Opportunity
We are seeking a senior, results-oriented executive to own and scale our
Marketing and Online Sales engine. This role carries full accountability for brand growth, lead generation, digital performance, and online home sales revenue across our manufactured housing portfolio.
This is not a "campaign manager" role. This is a
P&L-minded leadership position for someone who understands how modern marketing, digital retail, and sales execution work together to drive measurable growth in a high-consideration, large-ticket industry.
What You'll Own
Marketing Leadership & Growth Strategy
- Set and execute a full-funnel marketing strategy spanning digital, brand, performance media, events, and community presence.
- Lead all acquisition channels: paid search, paid social, SEO, email, video, website, and traditional advertising.
- Establish a clear brand voice and market positioning that differentiates us in competitive regional markets.
- Own the marketing budget and allocate spend with a strict ROI and CAC discipline.
- Build executive-level dashboards and reporting tied directly to pipeline and revenue outcomes.
- Recruit, lead, and develop a high-performing internal team while managing agencies and vendors.
Online Sales & Digital Commerce
- Own the entire online sales lifecycle, from lead capture through appointment, qualification, and handoff.
- Implement and optimize CRM, lead-nurture automation, and conversion workflows.
- Drive improvements in website performance, digital retail tools, listings, and virtual tours.
- Partner closely with sales leadership to ensure speed-to-lead, accountability, and close-rate optimization.
- Scale online home sales revenue through disciplined testing, optimization, and funnel management.
Executive & Cross-Functional Leadership
- Act as a strategic partner to executive leadership on growth initiatives and market expansion.
- Analyze market data, buyer behavior, and competitive trends to inform strategy.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Finance to align marketing investments with business outcomes.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of senior leadership experience in Marketing, Growth, Online Sales, or Digital Commerce.
- Proven success scaling qualified leads and revenue in a high-consideration or large-ticket environment.
- Strong command of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, CRM platforms, marketing automation, and analytics.
- Experience in manufactured housing, real estate, modular homes, or adjacent industries is a strong plus.
- A decisive leader who can balance strategy with execution and accountability.
- Comfortable owning results, not just ideas.
