Vice President - Sales and Marketing Head & Neck Cancer Lead Job Description: The Vice President- Sales and Marketing Head & Neck cancer will be at the forefront of revolutionizing cancer therapy. This pivotal role entails overseeing the introduction and lifecycle management of Genmab's first fully integrated commercial product into the Head & Neck cancer space, establishing and executing the enterprise-level strategy for commercial and thought leader engagement and setting a new standard for excellence and innovation in the industry. Reporting to the Vice President, US Sales and Marketing, this role is instrumental in driving the US market launch, thought leader engagement and steering a talented team of sales, marketing and thought leader engagement, to develop and execute comprehensive strategies that ensure the success and growth of our brands. Work arrangement: This role offers flexibility to work away from the office for 20%-40% of a typical schedule. For US based candidates, the proposed salary band for this position is as follows: $257,600.00---$386,400.00 The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as discretionary bonuses and long-term incentives.
