The SVP - Marketing Technology will serve as the strategic leader and subject matter expert for all marketing-related technology platforms and integrations within the firm. Reporting into IT, this role will partner closely with Marketing, Client Experience, and other key business units to design, implement, and optimize technology solutions that drive client acquisition, deepen relationships, and deliver measurable ROI.
The ideal candidate has both deep marketing technology expertise and strong business acumen, with a proven ability to translate marketing objectives into technical solutions. Primary Responsibilities
This position is an exempt position. The annualized base pay range for this role is expected to be between $200,000-$250,000 base salary compensation range. Actual base pay could vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, subject matter expertise, geographic location where work will be performed, and the applicant's skill set. The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include an annual cash bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
