This team sits at the intersection of customer experience, data, and growth, enabling scalable, compliant, and insight-driven engagement across regions and channels. The team's mandate is not just delivery, but building durable platforms that enable marketing velocity, measurable outcomes, and long-term flexibility as the business scales globally. Primary platforms include Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Personalization (Interaction Studio), integrated with our customer data and identity/consent systems. core responsibilities This Technology Director role is a senior technical and organizational leadership position with end-to-end ownership of critical MarTech platforms and capabilities. The role is accountable for strategy, architecture, execution, and operational excellence, with a strong emphasis on business outcomes and technical rigor.
lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and teamperformance. Thetypical hiring range for this position is from $205,900-$270,300 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program and equity offerings, subject to program eligibility requirements.
