Position Summary The role of Associate Director, Product Marketing will lead promotional messaging and tactical development across channels for our Treatment Selection portfolio, including Guardant360 Liquid, Guardant360 CDx, and Guardant360 Tissue. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Lead all Guardant360 Liquid, Guardant360 CDx, and Guardant360 Tissue brand strategy and execution, including evolution of the brand creative and product messaging Pull through core creative and messaging across all promotional channels, including the IVA, website, brochures, and digital placements Collaborate with cross-functional partners including product, medical affairs, training, sales, and technology to ensure alignment of our product / brand strategy Partner closely with the market insights and analytics team to define the key business questions and find the answers appropriately through market research or data analysis Measure success and impact across promotional channels and optimize accordingly through the annual brand planning process Lead and provide clear direction to agency partners and vendors; provide feedback and coaching as needed Manage within budget Required Qualifications: Must have Bachelor's Degree, MBA or Master's preferred Must have at least 8 years of healthcare marketing experience Must have experience developing and executing a media plan Must have strong written and verbal communication skills Travel expectations: 25% Preferred Qualifications: A successful candidate would have experience managing teams A successful candidate would have field sales experience Hybrid Work Model: This section is applicable to onsite employees who are eligible for hybrid work location as specified by management and related policies. All U.S. employees who live within 50 miles of a Guardant facility will be required to be onsite on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. This range does not include benefits or, if applicable, bonus, commission, or equity. Each candidate's compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, education, job-related skills, job duties, and business need.Primary Location: Palo Alto, CAPrimary Location Base Pay Range: $194,100 - $266,900Other US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $164,985 - $226,865If the role is performed in Colorado, the pay range for this job is: $174,690 - $240,210 Employee may be required to lift routine office supplies and use office equipment. Majority of the work is performed in a desk/office environment; however, there may be exposure to high noise levels, fumes, and biohazard material in the laboratory environment.
