Summary
Yelp's high-impact performance marketing team is dedicated to connecting homeowners with the best local service professionals, accelerating marketplace growth through innovative lead generation strategies. Our work sits at the intersection of technology, data, and performance-driven partnerships. We're seeking a data-driven and technically savvy Associate Director, Performance Marketing to own and scale our multi-channel acquisition programs for Yelp's home services marketplace. You excel at building, optimizing, and scaling holistic performance marketing programs, collaborating cross-functionally, and leading teams through transformation and growth. You have deep experience and emphasis on SEM (leveraging TROAS and TCPA), paid social as well as lead-gen based affiliate marketplaces.
