Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Establish a business plan and strategies. Follow up weekly and monthly, and as required, adapt implementation strategies.
- Communicate corporate directions along with the management team in order to attain targeted objectives and meet sales goals.
- Manage the Sr. Sales Director, Inside Sales Group Leader and Marketing Manager and budgets to maintain market growth while being proactive in developing and improving existing and new products.
- Understand and anticipate market movements and mechanisms.
- Manage the Retail Sales Business and Retail Broker.
- Know quality standards, as well as plant production capacities and lead times.
- Master information systems in order to monitor sales and increases/decreases in our clientele.
- Know client requirements and contract clauses.
- Represent the company with current and future clients by developing a relationship of trust with them.
- Develop of new markets and/or products that will meet client needs.
- Inform our clients of the benefits of the company versus those of the competition (specifications, product performance, etc.) and find innovative solutions that will give us a competitive advantage.
- Prepare sales files (price lists, product features, etc.).
- Ensure that production complies with the client's standards by performing regular checks with the Quality Department.
- Do a weekly follow-up with the planning, taking into account finished products inventories in order to maximize sales (forecast) (ex.: Better forecasts in sales management in order to respond to different types of growth and customer's volume increase).
- Perform as a key sales executive on the management team.
- Be responsible for driving the overall retail revenue, business mix and sales strategy.
- Develop/implement business plans to include an overall growth strategy, annual sales plan and sales budget. Maintain sales/revenue trends to ensure the operating goals are met on a consistent basis.
- Manage the sales organization and activities to meet/exceed the sales targets.
- Determine the sales deployment requirements and work within established Company guidelines in order to achieve sales goals in a timely and efficient manner.
- Develop/recommend marketing strategies, identifying synergies between existing lines of business to maximize product distribution, as well as new business opportunities that expand our current product portfolio and increases profitable revenue stream.
- Work closely the Management team and other product coordinators to maximize strategic initiatives at the field operating level.
- Develop/recommend the sales expense budget. Monitor/manage expenditures to ensure compliance with approved budgetary constraints.
- Oversee marketing efforts.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- Master's Degree in Business Administration preferred
- A minimum of ten years sales and sales management experience generally required
- Experience in the incontinence industry is essential

- Experience in managing multiple product line offerings and broad knowledge of the health/homecare industry.
- Strong knowledge of nursing/infusion therapy/rehabilitation/pediatric services and related pricing models.
- Excellent communication/negotiating skills and ability to interact effectively with all levels of management and staff.

Work Environment:
- Work is performed primarily in a home office setting and remote.
