By 2032, we intend to be leading the world in CVRM therapies, launching up to fifteen (15) new life-changing medicines. What is the opportunity? At AstraZeneca, we are strongly committed to developing new therapies that advance standard of care in CVRM. We are now looking for a commercial leader to join our growing commercial team focused on our MRA-SGLT2i asset. The product is currently in Phase III development for Heart Failure with CKD, with ambitions to expand across other cardio renal diseases where the unmet medical need is high, like for example in CKD. Accountabilities: In this role, you will be a commercial leader helping to develop and shape the global strategic plan, implement the global operational plan and support key launch markets. The successful candidate must be a strong strategic thinker and good communicator, with a specific appetite for shaping and implementing brand strategy in concert with global cross functional teams, market affiliates and external partners. In this role, you will also work closely with other Marketing Directors and cross functional teams for other pipeline assets within HF and CKD and shape the future in these disease areas, preparing the organization for outstanding global launches. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles), to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles), and commission payment eligibility (sales roles). Benefits offered included a qualified retirement program [401(k) plan]; paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and, health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.
