POSITION SUMMARY The Director of Product Marketing and Management will play a key role in defining and delivering Genalyte's diagnostic products and technology solutions. This role will serve as the bridge between customers, engineering, operations, and commercial teams to ensure that Genalyte's products meet market needs and align with the company's strategic goals. The Product Manager will own the product lifecycle, from concept to commercialization and translating customer insights and business requirements into actionable plans. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with technical understanding and has a strong track record of successfully managing complex products in a fast-paced, regulated environment. The base range for this role is $190,000 - $230,000 per year. Individual pay may vary based on additional factors, including but not limited to, job-related skills, experience, work location, and relevant education or training. In addition to base salary, Genalyte provides generous benefits, equity opportunities, and for some roles, participation in our annual target bonus plan. | |
