The Associate Director of Digital Marketing develops and oversees the Firm's global digital marketing strategy across all channels to raise the Firm's profile and enhance its reputation. This role manages the Firm's digital ecosystem, including the website, blogs, microsites, social media platforms, and related technologies, and ensures consistent, high-quality digital engagement with clients, prospects, recruits, and alumni. Working closely with the Director of Communications and members of the Business Development, Marketing, and Communications team, the Associate Director establishes digital marketing priorities, leads Firmwide campaigns, analyzes performance, and sets best practices for digital content, governance, and technology use. Qualifications
This position will require physical presence in Proskauer's offices on a regular basis (at least 3x per week, or more, if it becomes the policy of the Firm or as business needs require). The anticipated compensation for this position is $200,000-$250,000. The actual salary offered will be based on a number of factors, including but not limited to the qualifications of the applicant, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
