JOB SUMMARY The Director, Marketing, CGT is a strategic enterprise marketing leader responsible for driving global growth, market presence, and commercial execution for the Cell & Gene Therapy business within the Global Therapy Innovations (GTI) Business Area. This role leads global and regional marketing strategy and execution across the CGT care continuum - from cell collection through cell therapy manufacturing and delivery - translating market insights into differentiated go-to-market strategies, demand generation, and revenue impact. The position serves as a key member of the CGT leadership team, operating with a player-coach mindset and leading a high-performing marketing organization of regional and global marketers. The role partners closely with GTI cross-functional leaders to ensure strong alignment between portfolio direction and market execution. The position reports to the General Manager, Cell & Gene Therapy. Position is based in North America (Lakewood, CO preferred, however qualified candidates from out of state will be considered, hybrid with periodic onsite presence) DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Leadership & Global Marketing Strategy

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Approximately up to 30% travel to both domestic and international locations with extended work hours.
