Manages the Product Portfolio and defines the overall strategy and roadmap of the product, solution and/or service portfolio elements assigned. The Senior Director, Global Marketing - Head of Laboratory Automation is accountable for the global strategy, portfolio leadership, and commercialization of laboratory automation solutions, including Total Lab Automation (TLA), Integrated Automation, and Task-Targeted Automation. Reporting into senior global marketing leadership, this role shapes portfolio direction and go-to-market execution for a critical growth platform within Core Lab Diagnostics. This position operates at a global, enterprise level, partnering closely with R&D, systems, informatics, medical, and commercial organizations to deliver differentiated, profitable automation solutions worldwide. The base pay range for this position is: $212,730 - $292,501 Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
