The Opportunity As part of the Marketing and Sales Operations team you will own the transformation roadmap, orchestrate cross-functional delivery, and develop operating-model, process, and technology changes that improve speed, quality, and cost. As a Director, you will set the strategic direction, drive business growth, and mentor the next generation of leaders while maintaining PwC's reputation for quality and integrity. This role offers the chance to lead impactful initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness and foster a culture of continuous improvement across the organization. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $122,500 - $504,500. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
