About the Role We're looking for a Director of PR & Communications who can craft and amplify the GlossGenius story across every audience that matters - investors, employees, customers, and the broader market. This role is for a natural storyteller who sees the connections between different narratives and knows how to make them resonate with distinct stakeholders while building toward a unified brand vision. You'll own our external communications strategy and execution, translating our product innovation and market momentum into compelling narratives that demonstrate GlossGenius' category leadership. You will report to the Chief Business Officer. You must be commutable to our NYC headquarters. We default to being in-office 3-4 days per week with required attendance on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The starting base salary for this role in New York is between $200,000-$250,000 + target equity + benefits. The base salary offered is dependent upon many factors including skills, experience, location, and education. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Additionally, this role is currently eligible to participate in GlossGenius's equity plan as well as a range of health & wellbeing, retirement savings, and other benefits within our total rewards offering.
