About the Role The Vice President, Global Marketing, is accountable for defining and driving the global Vascular vision for the Vascular Therapies (VT) organization. This leader is responsible for developing and executing key global marketing and business strategies that enable sustainable growth across the franchise. This role requires a dynamic, innovative leader who inspires change, builds world-class marketing capability, and aligns strategy execution with the needs of customers, patients, shareholders, and employees. The VP will play a critical role in shaping the future of Vascular Therapies while developing and coaching the next generation of marketing leaders. Key Responsibilities

Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs. At BSC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the anticipated salary range listed above. Compensation for non-exempt (hourly), non-sales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
