Sotheby's new global headquarters is now open at the iconic Breuer building at 945 Madison Avenue in New York City. Sotheby's Financial Services ("SFS") is the world's only full-service art financing company. Established more than three decades ago and with more than $11 billion of loans originated to-date, SFS offers swift, straightforward art financing that focuses on the needs and collections of our clients. Sotheby's network of in-house art specialists provides knowledgeable valuations while our dedicated lending team develops financing terms suited to our clients' requirements. THE ROLE The focus of the SFS Marketing Director is to help define, shape and support the brand positioning of SFS in a way that generates awareness - and, ultimately, drives leads for our services. Key partners will include the Press team, as well as other Marketing functions such as Events, Digital Marketing, Editorial, Content and Design. This role will sit within the larger, global Integrated Marketing team, but will partner extremely closely with the SFS team and corporate communications. The candidate will need to be comfortable working both within a team and independently on projects and campaigns.
